There is no cost to request an introduction, and no Vestry fee at any point.
How Vestry is paid
Vestry is paid by the broker, not by you. As the introducer, we receive 30% of the broker's upfront commission if your loan settles, and we tell you the estimated dollar amount before you accept an introduction. This payment does not change the interest rate or fees you are offered.
Vestry does not compare loans, recommend products or assist with applications; all credit assistance is provided by the licensed broker, who owes you a best interests duty.
